Alan Lee Croslow

ALAN LEE CROSLOW, 63 of Arcola, IL passed away at 4:46 A.M. on Monday, December 19, 2022, at his residence.

Alan was born on October 12, 1959, in Los Angeles CA, a son of Ronald Lee and Myra Jane (Fielden) Croslow.   He married Theresa Ann Moore on June 2, 1995, in Lake City, IL.

He is survived by his wife Theresa; three sons, Jared Croslow and his wife Katie of DeKalb, IL, Christopher Croslow and his wife Chelsey of Tuscola, IL, and Matthew Croslow of Arcola, IL; seven grandchildren, Kaylee Binion and her significant other Josh Long, of Mattoon, IL, Craig Croslow, Adam Croslow, Ashley Wilson, and Noah Wilson all of DeKalb, IL, Marlie Brubeck and Jackson Croslow both of Tuscola, IL; two great-grandchildren, Kora and Luka Long; his mother Myra Jane Croslow of Lawrenceville, IL, and two brothers, Tony Croslow and his wife Julie of Lake City, IL and Mike Croslow and his wife Jennifer of Lerna, IL.

Alan graduated from Lovington High School in 1978. He was an all around athlete that played basketball, football and track. He always enjoyed going to class reunions and keeping up with old friends. 

Alan was a music enthusiast, a lover of martial arts and an avid fisherman. He had a passion for muscle cars and his dream car was a 1970 Hemi Cuda. He was a Chicago Bear and Bulls fan, but nothing compared to watching his own son compete on the football field.

He loved his family and always enjoyed anytime he got a chance to have long conversations and was always known for a good story. He’ll be deeply missed.
