Albert Miller

ALBERT M. MILLER, 80, of rural Arcola, IL, passed away at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2008 at his residence.

Albert was born March 10, 1928 in Douglas County, IL. He was a son of Menno S. and Fannie (Beachy) Miller. He married Nancy Stutzman on February 7, 1952 in rural Arcola, IL. She passed away June 28, 1998.

Survivors include four sons, Menno A. Miller and his wife Barbara Ellen of Arthur, IL, David J. Miller and his wife Lydia Mae of Arthur, IL, Jacob A. Miller and his wife Verna Viola of Arthur, IL and Andrew A. Miller and his wife Dolores of Arthur, IL; one daughter Mary Diener and her husband Willard Ray of Arcola, IL; 24 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three brothers Alvin Miller and his wife Anna (Kauffman) of Arthur, IL, Ervin Miller and his wife Marlene (Yoder) of Elkhart, IN and Dave Miller and his wife Martha Ann (Kauffman) of Arthur, IL and two sisters Lizzie Marie Gingerich and her husband Merle of Arthur, IL and Katie Ann Troyer and her husband Emanuel of Dundee, OH and two sister-in-laws Mary Miller and Edna Miller both of Arthur, IL.

His parents, his wife Nancy; one daughter Fannie Marie; five brothers Edward, Benjamin, Stephen, Harvey and Jacob, and one sister Sarah, preceded him in death.

Albert was a member of the Old Order Amish.

Bishop Jake Stutzman will officiate.

Interment

Wednesday April 9, 2008 at Miller Cemetery

Burial will be held immediately following the funeral service.
