PAUL ANDREW "ANDY" WILLIAMS, 41, rural Arcola, IL passed away at 12:40 P.M. on Monday, December 17, 2007 at his residence.

Andy was born on September 24, 1966 in Tuscola, IL, the son of Paul Albert and Lauretta Clair (Newman) Williams.

He is survived by his mother, Lauretta Williams of Arcola, IL; three sisters, Paula Jean Williams of Paris, IL, Beverly Joan Gilliland and her husband Robert of Oakland, IL and Vanessa June Wangler and her husband Loran of Elk Grove Village, IL; one nephew, Joe Gilliland and his wife Tammy of Broadlands, IL; four nieces, Amy Tomlinson and her husband Jeremy of Paris, IL, Vicki DuFault and her husband Shaun of Westmont, IL, Kristi Etheridge and her husband Brett of Bonnie, IL and Jennifer Wangler of Elk Grove Village, IL; eight great-nieces and nephews, Nicholas Hires and Elizabeth Tomlinson, Dominic and Savannah Gilliland, Brooke, Hannah and Josiah DuFault and Brandon Etheridge and his special friend Traci Ashinhurst of Sullivan, IL

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Albert Williams.

Andy graduated from Oakland High School in 1984. He hauled mail from 1985 until 2000 and currently owned and operated his own semi trucking business.

Andy was a member of the Humboldt United Methodist Church. He enjoyed working, playing softball and spending time with his family and friends.
