Angela Springman

Angela Marie (Beery) Springman, 51, of rural Lovington, IL lost her battle with cancer, but won the war with death, as she entered Heaven at 12:25 pm on November 19, 2016.

A Celebration of Angie’s life will be held at 7:00 pm. on Friday, Nov 25, 2016 at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 219 S. Lincoln St. in Bethany, IL. Pastor Gail Allen & Pastor Ben Harris will officiate. An informal gathering of family and friends will begin at 4:00 pm on Friday at the church in Bethany, IL. Casual attire requested.

A private graveside service will be held at the Mackville Cemetery in Atwood, IL with Pastor Kevin Ray officiating.

Angie was born on April 7, 1965 to Bob & Arlene Beery. She attended Atwood Grade School and then Mt. Zion High School where she met the Love of Her Life, Robert W. Springman. They were married in 1984 and had two wonderful children, Ryan Workman and Jessica Arlene. They lived in Lovington and raised their kids, were active in the community, & developed special bonds of love with many there. Angie drove a school bus and cleaned houses & businesses for many years. Later, she went to college and became an X-Ray Technologist. Her circle of friends grew through school and working at Dr. Tuan’s office for several years. God blessed Angie with a beautiful life full of Love, Family, & Friends.

Angie is survived by her Husband Rob, children Ryan and Jessica (Aaron) Alford, Father Bob Beery (Step-mom & cherished Friend Mary Ann), Brother David (Shelley) Beery, Mother-in-Law Nancy Springman, Brother-in-Law Charlie (Kim) Springman, Sister-in-Law Amy Springman, Brother-in-Law Gene “Tooter” Hicks. Nieces & Nephews Abbey, Alex, Sophia, & Isabelle Beery, Aaron & Kara Springman, Audrey Minix & Sarah (Taylor) Atchison, & Great Nephew Cooper Atchison.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Alva Arlene Beery, Sister Michele Rene Beery, Grandparents Alva & Marie Atteberry, Mary O’Connell, and Wilbur & Virginia Beery.

The Edwards Funeral Home in Arcola, IL is assisting with arrangements. In Lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 219 S. Lincoln St. in Bethany, IL 61914.
