Bessie Batman

BESSIE BATMAN, 89, of Tuscola, IL, formerly of Vincennes, IN, passed away at 12:05 A.M. Friday, October 05, 2012 at Tuscola Health Care in Tuscola, IL.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Bessie was born April 5, 1923 in Lapel, IN. She was a daughter of Roy and Mary (Ginder) DeBolt.

Survivors include 2 sons Steve Lorance and his wife Judy of Robinson, IL, Kris Lorance of Vincennes, IN; one daughter Donna Kilburn and her husband Jim of Tuscola, IL; one sister Nadine Denham of Cicero, IN and one brother Jerry DeBolt and his wife Diane of Florida; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Jackie Gene DeBolt and 2 sisters Garnet Drogue and June Rose DeBolt.

Bessie was a member of the New Hebron Church formerly the Christian Church in Robinson.

Bessie loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family was her focus and her love.
