Carol Miller

CAROL JEAN MILLER, 51, of Arthur, IL passed away at 11:26 P.M. Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur. IL.

Carol Jean was born on April 27, 1957 in Decatur, IL. She was a daughter of Elmer Glenn and Ella (Yoder) Kemp. She married Elva H. Miller on May 12, 1977 in Arthur, IL.

Survivors include her husband, Elva Miller of Arthur, IL; five sons, Sam Miller and his wife, Lisa (Schrock), Elmer Miller, Gary Miller and his wife, Ashley (Parrish), Virgil Miller and Christopher Miller; her father, Elmer Kemp, two sisters, Ruth Miller and her husband, Raymond and Rosa Kemp and four grandchildren, Bradley Ryan Miller, Cody Douglas Miller, Alexa Marie Miller and Christian Michael Miller, all of Arthur, IL.

Her mother, Ella Kemp, her maternal grandparents, Dan and Lovina Yoder, her paternal grandparents, Benedick and Katie Ann Kemp, one nephew, Clifford Miller and one niece, Rhoda Miller preceded her in death.

Carol Jean was a member of the Old Order Amish faith.
