Carolyn Zike

CAROLYN ZIKE, 75 of Mattoon, IL passed away at 1:18 A.M. on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Carle Hospital in Urbana, IL.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the Drummond Cemetery in rural Neoga, IL.   Rev. John Pickering will officiate.   The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Carolyn was born on September 18, 1942 in Fairfield, IL.   She was a daughter of Orval and Lois D. (Wheat) Atteberry.   She married Jerry Lee Zike on February 4, 1980 in Mattoon, IL.   He passed away on October 7, 1992.

Survivors include 2 sisters-in-laws, Sharon (Zike) French and her husband Ed and Janet Zike all of Mattoon, IL and several nieces and nephews.

Carolyn worked in housekeeping at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center for several years.   She enjoyed sewing and was an excellent seamstress.
