Carrie Trotter

CARRIE TROTTER, 55, of Arcola, IL passed away at 1:50 A.M. on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at her residence in Arcola, IL.

A private family memorial service is planned. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Carrie was born on May 21, 1955 in Mt. Pleasant, MI. She was the daughter of Gleason and Faye (Sterling) Pratt. She married Larry Trotter on April 7, 1973 in Humboldt, IL.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Trotter of Arcola, IL; one son Larry Trotter Jr. of Mattoon, IL; two daughters, Michelle Kerans and her husband Robert of Charleston, IL and Kylie Trotter of Mattoon, IL; eleven grandchildren. Her mother Faye Pratt of Wakefield, MI; two brothers, Loren Pratt and his wife Vickie of South Wayne, WI and Eric Pratt of Marquette, MI and two sisters, Karen Weichslt and her husband Dennis of Monroe, WI and Luke Mayer and her husband Darel of Wakefield, MI.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Carrie was retired from the Thomas Monahan Company in Arcola, IL with over twenty years of service.

She enjoyed golfing, camping, spending time in the woods and being with her family and especially her grandchildren.
