Cheri Ann Robertson

CHERI ANN ROBERTSON, 51 of Mattoon, IL passed away at 10:21 A.M. on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at her residence in Mattoon, IL.

A Celebration of Cheri’s life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Edwards Funeral Home, 221 East Main Street, Arcola, IL. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Prior to the Celebration at the funeral home.

Cheri was born on January 11, 1974, in Normal, IL, a daughter of Theodore and Pauline (Hoback) Price. She married Ricky Lee Robertson on January 19, 2006, in Charleston, IL.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Robertson, three children, Dallas Wayne Robertson, of Charleston, IL, Zachary Robertson and his fiancé Melanie Gawel of Mattoon, IL, and Rikki Arnold and her husband, Kevin of Dayton, OH; two step-children, Adam Robertson and his wife Lisa of Charleston, IL and Tabithia Wilcoxen of Mattoon, IL; six grandchildren, Emily Robertson, Alexander Robertson, Ethan and Evan Robertson, Ivie Edwards, and Zayden Wilcoxen, and one more grandbaby due on July 25, 2025. She is also survived by her mother, Pauline Kent of Mattoon, IL, and one sister, Bridgette Price Charleston, IL.

Cheri was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Price, one son, Pauly John Price, and a brother, Rory Woolridge.

Cheri earned a nursing degree from Lakeland College and worked as a nurse for over 30 years. She worked in the memory care unit at Brookstone Senior Living and The Villas of Holly Brook both in Charleston, IL.

Cheri enjoyed playing video games and was always up for trying new things. She learned to drive a semi and drove some with her husband.

Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
