Cynthia Jean Burch
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Edwards Funeral Home, 221 East Main St., Arcola, IL. Visitation will be held one hour prior from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Cyndy was born on August 19, 1969 in Litchfield, IL. She was a daughter of Melvin Clark and Bessie Jean (Seago) Dyer.
She is survived by her parents, Mel and Bessie Dyer of Humboldt, IL, four sons, Dalton Dyer and his wife Colleen of Mattoon, IL, Dallas Dyer of Humbolt, IL, Donovan Dyer of Humboldt, IL and Denver Burch of Humboldt, IL, six grandchildren, Gracie White, Dawson Dyer, Jamison Dyer, Trace Dyer, Raelynn Dyer and Zander Dyer, three brothers, Clark Dyer of Humboldt, IL, Han Dyer and his wife Krystal of Humboldt, IL and Harlan Dyer and his wife DJ of Humboldt, and nine nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clifton and Lola Dyer and Truman and Nora Jean Seago.
Cyndy graduated from Mattoon High School.
She had worked at Masterbrand in Arthur, IL for 17 years until her youngest son was born.
In her free time Cyndy enjoyed gathering with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening and preparing food for her family. Cyndy was always happy and will always be remembered by her big infectious smile.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cyndy’s family.
