Deloris A. Mast

Deloris A. Mast, 58 of Humboldt, IL passed away at 6:19 AM on Thursday December 19, 2024 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at the HCK West Building, one mile south of Arthur, IL. Bishop Larry Helmuth will officiate. Burial will follow in the Yoder Cemetery in rural Arcola, IL. Visitations will be held anytime after 2:00 PM on Friday, December 20, 2024 and anytime after 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 21, 2024 all at the HCK West Building. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Deloris was born on July 29, 1966 in Decatur, IL. She was a daughter of Andrew J. and Mary C. (Herschberger) Yoder. She married Joe Allen Mast on October 28, 1986 in Humboldt, IL. 

She is survived by her husband, Joe Mast of Humboldt, IL, eight children, Mary Sue Schrock and her husband David of Sullivan, IL, Steven Mast and his wife Loretta (Miller) of Arthur, IL, Lorene Stutzman and her husband Lavern of Arthur, IL, Eldon Mast and his wife Linda (Hochstetler) of Nappanee, IN, Wilbur Mast, Betty Mast, Marlene Mast and Carolyn Mast all of Humboldt, IL, eleven grandchildren, her parents, Andrew J. and Mary C. Yoder of McBain, MI, and three siblings, Wilmer Yoder and his wife Clara Mae (Schrock) of Reed City, MI, Howard Yoder and his wife Sara (Stutzman) of Chatham, VA, and Loretta Diener and her husband Daniel of McBain, MI.

She was preceded in death by a stillborn son, Omer Mast. 

Deloris was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
