Douglas Allen "Doug" Burch

DOUGLAS ALLEN “Doug” BURCH, 50, of Tuscola, IL formerly of Humboldt, IL passed away at 6:20 P.M. on Monday, February 20, 2023 at his residence.

A Celebration of Doug’s life will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at the Arcola Community Center.

Doug was born on September 25, 1972 in Mattoon, IL. He is the adopted son of Robert and Darlene (Griffith) Burch. He married Jami Drew on June 15, 2020 in Villa Grove, IL.

He is survived by his wife; two sons, Donovan and Denver both of Humboldt, IL. Also, a child named Karsyn Kelmel of Mattoon. One brother, Chuck Burch and his wife Song of Fort Leonard Wood, MO; one sister Linda Henne and her husband Doug of Piney Flats, TN,

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Roberta Thompson, and two brothers, Ed Burch and Orville “Ob” Burch.

Doug worked many jobs through the years. He said that gave him more experience and memories. He most recently worked at McDonalds in Tuscola.

He enjoyed spending time with his kids, listening to music, and fixing things.
