Ervin Yoder

ERVIN E. YODER, 59, of Bourbon, IL passed away at 12:13 A.M. on Friday, January 27, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 A.M. Sunday, January 29, 2017 at the HCK West Building, 300 North CR 000 East in Arthur, IL. Bishop Ruben Stutzman will officiate. Burial will be in the Bagdad Cemetery in rural Arcola, IL. Visitation will be any time after 3:00 P.M. on Friday, January 27, 2017 at the HCK West Building and any time after 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 28, 2017. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Ervin was born on December 29, 1957 in Angola, IN. He was a son of Elmer and Pauline (Habegger) Yoder. He married Lizzie Ann Troyer on October 8, 1981 in Huntington, TN.

Survivors include his wife Lizzie Ann Yoder; seven children, Nancy E. Yoder of Arthur, IL, Rufus Edward Yoder and his wife Lovina (Christner) of Sedalia, MO, Delbert Lee Yoder at home, Margaret Ann Miller and her husband Darin of Bourbon, IL, Rose Mary Yoder and her husband Darrel of Bourbon, IL, Steven Ray Yoder and his special friend Sue Yoder of Chesterville, IL and Sally Mae Yoder at home; five grandchildren, Karlen William and Kylee Janae Miller, Ashley Nicole and Andrea Marie Yoder and Robert Edison Yoder; ten siblings, his twin brother, Alvin Yoder and his wife Frieda of Fremont, MI, Marvin Yoder and his wife Anna Marie of Le Roy, MI, Martha Beachy and her husband Melvin of Butcher, OH, Clyde Yoder and his wife Amanda of Fremont, MI, LeRoy Yoder and his wife Lena Sue of Hillsboro, WI, Irene Kaufman and her husband Kenneth of West Union, OH, Edward Yoder and his wife Ruby Fern of Fremont, MI, Vera Hertzler and her husband Edward of Holton, MI, Marie Beachy and her husband Jerry of Fredonia, PA and Betty Yoder of Newaygo, MI.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ervin was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He was employed at Heartland Machine in rural Arthur, IL
