Evelyn Fair

EVELYN FAIR, 73, of Arcola, IL passed away at 2:50 P.M. on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at the Edwards Funeral Home, 221 East Main, Arcola, IL. Burial will be at a later date.

Evelyn was born on August 22, 1936 in Clay County, IL. She was a daughter of Tim and Agnes (Winchester) Jean. She had been married to Don Fair.

She is survived by one son, Jerry Jean and his wife Teri of Hindsboro, IL; six grandchildren, Amy Wilson and her husband David of Arcola, IL, Jerry Jean of Hillsboro, IL, Deanna Hanley of Champaign, IL, Kati Chupp of Castalian Springs, TN Keith Chupp and his wife Katie of Castalian Springs, TN and Valorie Chupp of Arthur, IL; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Darrel Jean of Arthur, IL and Glen Jerry Jean and his wife Sandy of Mesa, Arizona as-well-as some special friends, Kim Hutton-Ramirez, Patricia Hutton and Nancy Goad.

She was preceded in death by her parents Tim Jean and Agnes Sapp and her companion Clifford Klingenberg.

Evelyn had worked at the Sugar Bowl in Arthur for several years and retired from Libman Broom Company in Arcola, IL.
