Evelyn Wiseman

EVELYN WISEMAN, 86, of Mattoon, IL formerly of Effingham, IL passed away at 7:00 A. M. on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at her daughters home in Mattoon, IL after a long illness.

Memorial Services will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the Hampton, INN in Effingham.

Evelyn was born on January 21, 1926 in Chattanooga, TN. She was a daughter of Sam and Viola (Rose) Luffman.

Evelyn married Glenn Wiseman on September of 1945. Out of that union was born five children, Glenda Boehm of Mattoon, IL, Delmar Wiseman, deceased, Rick Wiseman and his wife Peggy of Effingham, Sue Huppernur of Portland, OR and Paula Gee and she husband John of Kansas, IL. Grandsons, Mike Mitchell and Tracy Mitchell of Mattoon, IL, Kelly Mitchell, deceased and James Mitchell of Decatur, IL and great-grandsons, Trevor and Halen Mitchell who were Evelyn’s special boys.
