EVERETT PATRICK, 83, of Mt. Zion, IL passed away at 4:20 P.M. on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Heritage Health of Mt. Zion, IL.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at GT Church in Decatur, IL. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at GT Church, 500 S. 27th St. in Decatur, IL. Pastor Matt Samuels will officiate. Burial will be in the Macon Cemetery.

Everett was born on September 5, 1931 in Mattoon, IL. He was a son of Clyde Everett and Pauline (Price) Patrick Sr. He married Jean Elizabeth Adcock on April 6, 1950 in Tuscumbia, MO.

Everett is survived by his wife Jean, four children, Sandra Seay and her husband Bill of Oracle, AZ, Connie Walters and her husband Mike of Sullivan, IL, Mike Patrick and his wife Nancy of Mt. Zion and Dianna Puckett and her companion, Marty of Mt. Zion; eight grandchildren, Jessica Hogan and her husband Jim, Austin Seay, Jason Fleming and his wife Leah, Elizabeth Bennett and her husband Craig, Tracy Ellingson and her husband Bart, Josh Patrick and his wife Ivonne, Jamie Rogers and Chad Deaton and his wife Cathy; twelve great-grandchildren, Grace Hogan, Beau and Elise Fleming, Emma and Abby Ellingson, Isabel Patrick, Keanna, Trinity and Chad Deaton and Ashlyn, Lily and Harlan Bennett and one brother, Roy Patrick and his wife Linda of Lovington

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Charlie, Calvin and Dale Patrick.

Everett was a faithful member of GT Church.

He retired from A.E. Staley in Decatur with over 40 years of service and worked for Prairie State Select Sires and Moultrie County D.H.I.A. Milk testing for many years.

He enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing and was an avid Chicago Bear Football and San Francisco Giants Baseball fan.

The family would like to extend a special Thank You to the staff at Heritage Health of Mt. Zion for their excellent care and love they gave to Everett.
