HARVEY S. MILLER, 73, of Tuscola, IL passed away at 4:30 A.M. Saturday, October 25, 2008 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at the Ruben Gingerich residence, 261 E. CR. 600 N., Tuscola, IL. Bishop Sam Schrock will officiate. Burial will be in the Otto Cemetery. Visitation will be anytime after 1:00 P.M. Sunday, October 26, 2008 at the residence.

Harvey was born January 3, 1935 in Douglas County, IL. He was son of Samuel J. and Mary Ann (Stutzman) Miller. He married Ada J. Otto February 23, 1956 in Douglas County.

Survivors include his wife Ada J. Miller of Tuscola, IL; 8 children Elva Miller of Arthur, IL, Ernest Miller and his wife Betty Mae of Tuscola, IL, Monroe Miller and his wife Sharon of Fisher, IL, Rueben Miller and his wife Cheryl of Arcola, IL, Irlene Chupp and her husband Vernon of Arcola, IL, Susanna Graber of Arthur, IL, Barbara Ann Bontrager and her husband La Mar of Tuscola, IL and Laura Mae Chupp and her husband Glen of Tuscola, IL; 23 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; five brothers Monroe Miller and his wife Martha Ann of Milton, IA, Marvin Miller and his wife Fannie of Strasburg, IL, Daniel Miller and his wife Dena of Shipshewana, IN, Calvin Miller of Arcola, IL and Merle Miller and his wife Rachel of Arthur, IL and one sister Cora Wiltermood of Arthur, IL.

Harvey farmed, hung drywall and most recently was a baker having worked at the Red Barn Bakery in Tuscola.

Harvey was a member of the Old Order Amish Faith.
