Henry Benjamin Kuhns

Henry Benjamin Kuhns, 86, of Arthur, IL passed away at 6:00 PM on Monday, May 30, 2022 at his residence.  

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Otto Center, 2058 CR 1800 E, Arthur, IL.  Bishop Ervin D. Miller will officiate.  Burial will be in the Yoder Cemetery in rural Arthur, IL.  Visitation will be held anytime after 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Otto Center in Arthur, IL.  The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. 

He was born on July 15, 1935 in rural Arthur.  He was a son of Benjamin M. and Sadie A. (Yoder) Kuhns.  

He is survived by four brothers, Jerry Kuhns of Arthur, IL, Harvey Kuhns of Tuscola, IL, Abe Kuhns and his wife Dorothy of Arthur, IL and Omer Kuhns and his wife Barbara of Sullivan, IL, one sister, Mary Miller of Arthur, IL and one sister-in-law, Georgia Kuhns and her husband Charles Martin of Fort Wayne, IN, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Menno Kuhns and his wife Esther and Levi Kuhns, one sister, Anna Kauffman and her husband Edward, three sisters-in-law, Ann Kuhns, Verna Kuhns and Verna D. Kuhns and several nieces and nephews. 

Henry was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
