Jacquelyn Murphy

JACQUELYN ROCHELLE MURPHY, 79, of Arcola, IL passed away at 7:00 A.M. on Monday, October 29, 2018 at the Arcola Health Care Center.

Graveside services will be held at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Idlewild, MI in late Spring.

Jacquelyn was born on October 23, 1939 in Chicago, IL.   She was a daughter of Jacques and Callie (Miller) Murphy.

She is survived by her sister, Mildred Ransom and her husband Preston of Champaign, IL; one niece, Patricia Ransom and her husband James Watkins of San Jose, CA and a nephew, Michael Ransom of Denver, CO.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Jacquelyn had been a resident of Arcola Health Care Center for the past 17 years.   She enjoyed embroidering, playing checkers and bible study.
