James Maulding Jr.

James Edward Maulding Jr., 51 of Charleston, IL passed away at 4:25 PM on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

Private services will be held at a later date.

James was born on December 2, 1969 in Urbana, IL.  He was a son of James Edward Sr. and Mary Roselea (Prather) Maulding.

He is survived by four sisters, Judy Gaines and her husband Christopher W. of Charleston, IL, Tina McKee of MO, Amy Boyd of Rantoul, IL and Connie Pugh and her husband Glen of MO; one step-brother, Robert Binnion of Champaign, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

James always tried to work two jobs to stay busy. He had worked at Walmart, and worked as a butcher, janitor, cook and dishwasher.

He enjoyed movies and music, especially heavy metal.
