JEREMY STUTZMAN, infant son of Andrew William and Carolyn W. (Otto) Stutzman, of Arthur, IL was stillborn at 7:02 P.M. on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL

Graveside funeral services were held at 3:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Miller Cemetery in rural Arcola, IL. The Edwards Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.

He is survived by his parents Andrew and Carolyn Stutzman of Arthur, IL; five siblings, Lavon, Malinda, Matthew, Sharon and Jared Stutzman of Arthur, IL; maternal grandparents, William C. and Dorothy Otto of Sullivan, IL; paternal grandparents, Clarence H. and Annie Stutzman of Humboldt, IL; paternal great-grandmother, Ella Stutzman of Humboldt, IL; and paternal step great-grandmother, Mattie Kaufman of Arthur, IL.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Chris and Malinda Otto, and Edward and Millie Gingerich; and paternal great-grandparents, Henry William Stutzman, and Andrew and Cora Kaufman.

Jeremy’s parents are members of the Old Order Amish Faith.
