Jesse Allen Utley

JESSE ALLEN UTLEY, 45, of Lovington, IL passed away at 9:11 A.M. Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at St. Frances Medical Center in Peoria, IL.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 25, 2024 with a celebration of life to be held at 1:00 P.M. at the Edwards Funeral Home 221 East Main St., Arcola, IL.

Jesse was born June 17, 1979 in Rockford, IL. He was a son of Richard lee McCabe and Brenda Lee (Utley) McCabe. He married Samantha Jo Collins on May 6, 2007 in Sullivan, IL.

Survivors include his wife Samantha of Lovington, IL; 7 children, Zoe Dawn Utley, Hope R. Utley, Dakota Lee Utley, Zack Utley all of Oblong, IL; Jaxson Lee Utley and Chase Ryan Utley both of Lovington, IL; his Dad Richard McCabe of Bethany, IL; one brother David Utley of Bethany, IL; one step-sister Mindy Shupe of Windsor, IL and one step-brother Richard McCabe Jr. of Sullivan, IL.

His mother, and grandparents Jesse and Betty Utley preceded him in death.

For the past few years Jesse has worked as the Assistant Manager of the Casey’s in Bethany. 

Jesse enjoyed playing video games, working on car stereos and fishing with his boys.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Jesse’s family to help with expenses.
