Judith Evelyn Morrow, 77 of Mattoon, IL passed away at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) on Monday, May 9, 2022 at her daughters residence in Mattoon, IL.

Private services will be held at a later date in Newton, KS.  The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Judy was born on May 28, 1944 in Mattoon, IL.  She was a daughter of Lewis Albert and Katherine Laurine (Fuller) Mitchell.  She married Alfie Morrow on July 9, 1961 in Mattoon, IL.  He passed away on April 1, 2007. 

She is survived by six children, Rebecca Gravil (Donnie) of Mattoon, IL, Jennifer Holder (Carl) of Newton, KS, Annetta Katherine Morrow of Hutchison, KS, Ronald Morrow (Teresa Sullivan) of Mattoon, IL, Thomas Morrow of Wichita, KS and Timothy Morrow (Jodie) of Mattoon, IL, 26 grandchildren, Kenneth Willis Jr. of Oakland, IL, Joseph Willis of Mattoon, IL, Chadd Gravil of Port Wentworth, GA, Amber Phenneger of Newton, KS, Richard Beatty of Newton, KS, Michael Beatty of Newton, KS, Tiffany Al-Bassam of Wichita, KS, Dylan Morrow of Wichita, KS, Abbigail Best of Newton, KS, Doug Morrow of Arthur, IL, Miranda Morrow of Mattoon, IL, Elizabeth Morrow of Mattoon, IL, Julie Morrow of Mattoon, IL, Geneva Hale of Mattoon, IL, Justin Morrow of Wichita, KS, Megan Morrow of Wichita, KS, Collin Watts of Wichita, KS, Tucker Morrow of Mattoon, IL, Peyton Morrow of Mattoon, IL, Cory Morrow of Wichita, KS, Jacob Morrow of Wichita, KS, Stewart Morrow of Newton, KS, Andrew Morrow of Wichita, KS, Ashley Morrow of Wichita, KS, Zach Morrow of Whitewater, KS and Madison Morrow of Whitewater, KS, a special sister and best friends, Susie Mitchell of Mattoon, IL, a special friend Darla Rogers of Cooks Mills, IL, 36 great-grandchildren, and nine siblings.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Alfie, one son, Sammual Morrow, one great-granddaughter, and four siblings.

Judy loved to play bingo and put puzzles together.  Her favorite things to do were watching Jeopardy, Westerns, going to garage sales and second-hand stores.  Most of all she loved her grandchildren and her husband of 56 years. 

Judy will be truly missed by all that knew her.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Sarah Bush Lincoln Cancer Center.
