KURTIS EUGENE OTTO, infant son of Mervin and Lou Ida Otto of Sullivan, IL was stillborn at 11:23 P.M. on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

Visitation was held from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Trinity Christian Fellowship in rural Arthur, IL and again from 9:30 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Trinity Christian Fellowship. Funeral services were held at 10:30 A.M. on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Trinity Christian Fellowship in Rural Arthur, IL. Rev. Wilbur Gingerich officiated. Burial was in the Trinity Christian fellowship Cemetery. The Edwards Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.

Kurtis is survived by his parents, Mervin J. and Lou Ida Otto of Sullivan, IL; seven siblings, Cynthia, Delbert, LaWayne, Valerie, Virgil, LaWanda, and Rochelle; maternal grandparents, Leroy and Sarah Jane Otto of Tuscola, IL, and his paternal grandfather, Jerry Otto Jr. of Arcola, IL.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents and his paternal grandmother, Annie Marie Otto.

Kurtis’s parents are members of Trinity Christian Fellowship in Arthur, IL.
