Laura Herschberger

LAURA T. HERSCHBERGER, 52, of Sullivan, IL passed away at 4:10 P.M. on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 A.M. Friday, April 10, 2015 at the HCK West Building, one mile south of Arthur, IL. Bishop Omer Otto will officiate. Burial will be in the Otto Cemetery in rural Arthur, IL. Visitation will be held any time after 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 and any time after 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the HCK West Building in rural Arthur, IL. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Laura was born on December 8, 1962 in Tuscola, IL. She was a daughter of Toby J. and Lydia Ann (Chupp) Herschberger

Survivors include one brother, Olen Herschberger and his wife Christine of Castle Rock, CO, three sisters, Kathryn Mullet and her husband Marvin of Sullivan, IL Rosanna Helmuth and her husband Glen of Belvidere, TN and Ruth Gingerich and her husband Ivan of Arcola IL and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Toby J. and Lydia Ann (Chupp) Herschberger. her grandparents, Jacob and Katie (Diener) Herschberger and Daniel and Anna (Beachy) Chupp; one nephew, Robert William Helmuth and one niece, Lucy Anna Gingerich.

She was a member of the Old Order Amish Faith.
