Leola Haught

LEOLA S. HAUGHT, 83, of Charleston, IL formerly of Arcola, IL passed away at Noon on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Roselawn Cemetery in Charleston, IL. Rev. Jerry Good will officiate. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Leola was born on November 9, 1928 in Fairmont, WV. She was a daughter of Lenza and Agatha (Toothman) Rinehart. She Married Jack S. Haught on November 5, 1946 in Oakland, MD. He passed away on July 20, 2002.

She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Haught and his wife June of Charleston, IL, Randall Haught of Greensboro, NC and Daniel Haught and his wife Belinda of Laurel, MD; four grandchildren, Brian Haught of Austin, TX, Lindsey Haught of Laurel, MD, Christopher Haught of Charleston, IL and Daniel Haught Jr. of Laurel, MD; one great-grandson, Isaiah Haught Williams of Laurel, MD; one brother, Albert Rinehart of Florida and one sister, Alberta Haught of St. Mary’s, WV.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one granddaughter, Angela Hall, two sisters, Naomi Toothman and Bonnie Steele and two brothers, Foster Rinehart and Lenza Rinehart Jr.

Leola was an avid reader. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandson.
