Lynn Blissard

LYNN (ANDERSON) BLISSARD, 60, of Gilroy, CA, formerly of Arcola, IL passed away at 3:09 P.M. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at her residence.

A memorial service will be held at Noon on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the Edwards Funeral Home, 221 East Main Street in Arcola, IL.

Lynn was born on August 22, 1955 in Tuscola, IL. She was a daughter of Leonard R. and Lillian A. (Janes) Anderson.

Lynn is survived by 2 daughters, Stacey Melton of AZ and Stephanie Melton of AZ; her companion, Jeff Harbutte of CA and his two daughters, Tracy and Julie Harbutte both of CA, 1 sister, Sue Clark and her husband John of Champaign, IL, and 4 brothers, Phillip Anderson and his wife Debbie and Bill Anderson and his wife Rita all of Arcola, IL, and Dennis Anderson and his wife Dorothy and Ken Anderson and his wife Mary Ann all of Mattoon, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, Larry Anderson and a nephew, Troy Clark.

Lynn has been a registered nurse for over 32 years and was currently working as an ICU nurse at Hazel Hopkins Hospital in Hollister, CA.

She was always full of life. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, scuba diving, playing pool, going to the firing range to shoot guns, yoga, and anyplace near the beach. She had completed several hours towards obtaining her pilots license and enjoyed flying.
