Mary M. Miller

Mary M. Miller, 79 of Cadwell, IL passed away at 7:20 PM on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at her daughter's residence.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the Otto Center, ½ mile south of Arthur, IL.  Bishop Harvey Chupp will officiate.  Burial will be in the Otto Cemetery in rural Arthur, IL.  Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, June 6, 2022 at the Otto Center, and from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at the Otto Center.  The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. 

Mary was born on January 11, 1943 in McMinnville, OR.  She is a daughter of Mose W. and Barbara S. (Bender) Yoder.  She married Amzy D. Miller on October 1, 1964 in Iowa City, IA.  He passed away on January 21, 2019.

She is survived by two children, Carol Renee Stutzman and her husband Paul of Allenville, IL and Darrell Eugene Miller of Arthur, IL, three grandchildren, Jared Amzy, Jaden Marcus and Janae Lynne Stutzman, four Siblings, Ed Yoder and his wife Anna, Kalona, IA, Emery Yoder and his wife Pauline of Nappanee, IN, Barbara Miller and her husband Devon of Bremen, IN, and Irvin Yoder and his wife Shirley of Nappanee, IN, four sister in laws, Maggie Yoder of Eugene, OR, Esther Yoder, Treva Yoder both of Nappanee, IN, Becky Yoder of Elkhart, IN and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, Lena Yoder and her husband Ammon Yoder, six brothers, Paul, Earl and his wife Edna, Morris and his wife Jean, Mose, Tobe and Sam.

Mary worked at the Country Salvage Store for many years. She truly loved her family, enjoyed visiting with family and friends, gardening and baking.

Mary was a member of the Old Order Amish Faith.
