MAURICE H. DOEHRING, 74 of Allenville, IL formerly of Sullivan, IL passed away at 10:30 A.M. on Sunday June 29, 2008 at his residence.
Maurice was born on April 22, 1934 in Strasburg, IL. He was a son of Vernie L. and Aimee L. (Cutler) Doehring. He married Marilyn Hall on January 11, 1963 in Chicago, IL
Survivors include his wife Marilyn Doehring of Allenville, IL; two sons, Robert Doehring and his wife Sherry of Conway, MO and Ronald Doehring and his wife Rita of Sullivan, IL; one daughter Tera Peadro and her husband David of Gays, IL; eight grandchildren, Robert Jr., Vernie, Tiffany and Becky Doehring, Jimmy and Levi Doehring and Wes and Kyle Peadro and one sister, Jayne Robinson and her husband Jim of Laddonia, MO
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Aimee Ann Doehring, one son, Maurice Harlan Doehring Jr. and two sisters, Mary Winnings and Ivy Paris.
Maurice retired as a truck diver with over 40 of service. For over fifteen years, he enjoyed driving for many of his Amish friends. He also enjoyed fishing.
