Michael Patridge

Michael Tige Patridge, 41, of Champaign, IL formerly of Arcola, IL passed away at 10:35 A.M. Saturday, August 3, 2013.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the Edwards Funeral Home, 221 East Main in Arcola, IL. Graveside Funeral services will be held at 4:30 P.M. Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the Arcola Cemetery.

Michael was born on July 30, 1972 in Torrance, CA. He was a son of Thomas I. and Susan K. (Rippey) Patridge.

Survivors include his mother, Susan Patridge, his daughter, Sarah Marie Patridge both of Arcola; one brother, Eric Patridge of Cooks Mills, IL; three sisters Cheryl Ferreira of San Pedro, CA, Angela Ware and her husband Matthew of Saint Joseph, IL and Megan Clark and her husband James of Forsyth, IL; nieces and nephews, Chris Ferreira, Kaitlynn Hocutt, Spencer and Logan Patridge, Thomas Ware and Haley Clark and his girlfriend Teresa Cribbett.

He was preceded in death by his father, his brother, Daryl and his grandparents.

Michael graduated from Villa Grove High School in 1991 where he lettered in football and excelled in woodworking. Michael held various jobs in the area where he met many friends along the way. He was an active member of The Vineyard Church in Urbana, IL where he enjoyed studying and participating in classes of The School of Kingdom Ministry. He enjoyed fishing and going to the races with his brother, listening to music, going on walks and spending time with family and friends.
