Patricia Dailey

PATRICIA LYNN (EDWARDS) DAILEY, 53, of Mattoon, IL passed away at 12:37 P.M. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at her residence.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at the Edwards Funeral Home in Arcola, IL. Private burial will be held at a later date in the Hugo Cemetery.

Patricia was born on July 9, 1963 in Tuscola, IL. She was a daughter of Dean Eugene Edwards and Alma Faye (Waggle) Naïve. She married Harold Dailey on December 19, 2006 in Mattoon, IL. He passed away on September 25, 2010.

Patricia is survived by two children, Amber Edwards and Joey Edwards-Hannah both of Mattoon, IL, 20 grandchildren, her father, Dean Edwards of Arcola, IL, three brothers, Jimmy Dean Edwards of Mattoon, IL, Johnny Dale Edwards of Villa Grove, IL, and Alford Lawrence “Bud” Edwards (Donna) of Cerro Gordo, IL, one sister, Edith Faye “Edie” Weber (John) on Cincinnati, OH, three step-siblings, Douglas Hock (Vicki), Rick Hock (Dianne) and Rose Hock (Darrell Powell) all of Arcola, IL, her dog, Baby, several aunts, uncles and cousins, and three very special friends, Bonnie Coffey, Jamie Kaley and Dennis Hannah all of Mattoon, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband, mother and step-father, Alma and Wayne Naïve her step-mother, Marge Edwards and her grandparents.

Patricia was a mom and nana to many people. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.
