Richard Wagoner

RICHARD A. WAGONER, 43, of Hindsboro, IL passed away at 2:11 P.M. on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at the Edwards Funeral Home, 221 East Main in Arcola, IL. Rev. Michael Rutledge will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at the funeral home.

Richard was born on January 25, 1965 in Decatur, IL. He was a son of Carl and Betty (Hammond) Wagoner.

He is survived by five siblings, Joyce Good of Tuscola, IL, Sandy Arthur and her husband Mike of Arcola, IL, Steve Wagoner and his wife Nancy of Arcola, IL, Terry Wagoner of Greenup, IL and David Wagoner and his wife Karen of Hindsboro, IL.

His grandparents, his parents; one sister, Carol Fidler and one nephew, Chad Fidler preceded him in death.

Richard had worked various construction related jobs through the years and helped many farmers in the area. He loved the out doors. He enjoyed fishing, canoeing, hunting, racing mini sprint and stock cars and he was a big Dale Earnhardt fan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
