Robert Eugene Partlow 83 of Cocoa, FL Died August 4 at the Weusthoff Hospice center in Rockledge, FL

Robert battled with Alzheimer’s for the past 7 years. Robert was born on Oct 26 1928 in Humboldt, Ill, graduated from Arcola high in 1948 as a 3 sport letterman.

The youngest of 9 children of Sylvester & Katie (Meyers) Partlow of Arcola, Ill
Robert moved to Massachusetts in 1961 where he lived till he retired to Fl. In 1994

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Julia Additon (Goddard) Partlow of Cocoa, FL - 3 sons, Kenneth Allen & Terri (Hanson) Partlow of Crestview, FL – Kevin Eugene & Donna (Jaiva) Partlow of Millville, Ma –Eric & Patrica (Milani) Partlow of Blackstone, Ma – a daughter, Marcia Kay Partlow of Cocoa, FL, 10 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and other extended family members in the Arcola area.

There will be a small funeral service at Edwards Funeral home in Arcola, Ill on Saturday September 1, burial to follow at the Arcola Town Cemetery

Family requests that instead of flowers a donation be made to a local Alzheimer’s Organization.
