Rose Frith

ROSE ANN FRITH, 68, of Decatur, IL passed away at 4:55 P.M. on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, IL.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at GT Church in Decatur, IL. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, October 3, 2014 at GT Church in Decatur, IL. Pastor Rick Spangler will officiate. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Rose was born on February 13, 1946 in Decatur, IL. She was the daughter of Ford Elston and Helen Louise (Marler) Lewis. She married Charles “Chuck” Frith on April 14, 1973 in Dubuque, IA.

Rose is survived by her husband, Chuck Frith of Decatur, IL, one brother, Ford Ray Lewis and his wife Cheryl Lynn of Decatur, IL, two nieces, Sherry Nees and her husband Philip of Goodyear, AZ and Kathy Symonds and her husband Dave of Colorado Springs, CO as well as great nieces and nephews and many friends.

Rose had worked as a daycare teacher at Little People’s Prep School in Decatur, IL. She enjoyed planting flowers, cats and dogs.

Rose was a member of GT Church and truly enjoyed serving the Lord.
