Steve Allen

STEVE O. ALLEN, 54, of Wilmington, IL passed away at 11:54 P.M. on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at his sister’s home in Arthur, IL.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Steve was born on August 13, 1956 in Joliet, IL. He was a son of James Edward and Frances (Frost) Allen.

He is survived by seven siblings, Beverly Blair of Waverly, TN, Bonnie Joseph of Dickson, TN, James Allen of Arthur, IL, Connie Patrick and her husband Floyd of Dickson, TN, Alice and her husband Bobby Peeler of Arthur, IL, Vanessa Bishop and her husband Eddie of Dickson, TN, and Holly Brown of Nashville, TN; several nieces and nephews; and good friends, the Palmer family and the Hunt family all of Wilmington, IL.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, John Allen.

He had worked for the Labor’s Union Local 75 of Joliet, IL having worked at the nuclear power plant near Joliet for several years.

He was a member of the Moose and American Legion at Wilmington, IL.
