Terry Hull

Terry R. Hull, 69, of Humboldt, IL passed away at 12:18 P.M. Monday, August 5, 2013 at Carle Foundation Hospital.

Terry was born March 21, 1944 in Sterling, IL. He was a son of Ernest and Betty (Bouseman) Hull. He married Janis Wiley on June 20, 1980 in Mattoon, IL.

Survivors include his wife Janis Hull of Humboldt; two daughters, Rhonda Overmyer and her husband Tom of Mahomet, and Kimberly Erwin of Attica, IN; eight grandchildren, Hillary, Parker, Dylan, Clayton, Dalton, Brooke, and Ryan; two sisters Diane Fearday and her husband Keith of Neoga, and Cindy Weir and her husband Bob of Windsor; and his two dogs Maggie and Winston.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Terry retired from the Coles County Airport as a Maintenance Supervisor. He was a member of the Central Illinois Motorcycle Club of Neoga. In his earlier years, he spent time racing flat track motorcycles. He enjoyed riding his Harley and went to Sturgis many times throughout the years. Terry’s biggest passion was his friends and family, and he loved spending time with them.

Memorials may be made to the Coles County Animal Shelter.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
