TIMOTHY WAYNE “LOCKJAW” OSBORN, 55, of Mattoon, IL passed away at 9:13 P.M. on Friday, August 16, 2013 at his residence.
Family and friends will gather at 1:00 P.M on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the Ice House in Mattoon, IL for a Celebration of Lockjaw’s Life.
Lockjaw was born on July 18, 1958 in Coles County, IL. He was a son of Cecil “Bud” and Rosemary (Cole) Osborn. He married Nancy Kay Turrentine on August 1, 1987 in Mattoon, IL.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years Nancy Osborn of Mattoon; one daughter Nacy Osborn of Sullivan; one granddaughter Aaliyah Osborn; his parents Bud and Rosemary Osborn of Neoga; two brothers, Jim Osborn and his wife Jan of Mattoon and Tony Osborn and his wife Amy of Mattoon; and two sisters, Connie Easter and her husband Cole of Greenup and Karen Smiley and her husband Greg of Mattoon, IL.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He was a graduate of Mattoon High School. He was affiliated with the Pranksters from 1987 to 2006. Lockjaw had worked at Brighton Cabinetry as a painter. He also painted cars.
Lockjaw liked camping and fishing. He was a good cook and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter.
